Eligibility for Returns

  • Regular-Priced Items:

    • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Sale Items:

    • Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
    • Items discounted by 60% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Return Shipping Deadline:

    • All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping & Processing

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Barrette error or a faulty/damaged item.
  • Refunds, minus shipping fees, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and issued in the original form of payment.
  • To initiate a return, email customercare@barrette.com with your request.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.

Important Notes

  • Barrette is not liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
  • International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
  • For assistance reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
