Eligibility for Returns

Regular-Priced Items:
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

Sale Items:
- Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
- Items discounted by 60% or more are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping Deadline:
- All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
Return Shipping & Processing
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Barrette error or a faulty/damaged item.
- Refunds, minus shipping fees, will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item and issued in the original form of payment.
- To initiate a return, email customercare@barrette.com with your request.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Important Notes
- Barrette is not liable for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.
- International duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- For assistance reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Customer Responsibilities
- Shipping fees, taxes, and any applicable duties for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
